Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Admin / Support Worker to join our team. This dual role involves providing administrative support to the office as well as direct assistance to NDIS participants, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records.
  • Communicate with participants, families, and staff in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Provide direct support to participants with daily living activities as required.
  • Assist with NDIS documentation, compliance, and reporting.
  • Uphold CP's values of respect, dignity, and person-centred care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or support work (NDIS experience desirable).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, NDIS screenig check, and First Aid/CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid driver's licence preferred.
  • Certificate in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or similar

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $51.42 per hour
