You're the kind of broker who loves finding solutions. You listen, you ask the right questions, and you know how to piece things together so the client walks away feeling confident and cared for. When a client feels stuck, you are already working through the options and finding a way forward.

You are confident on the phone and know how to build trust quickly. You present well, speak clearly, and you can empathise and relate to people easily. Clients feel reassured because you explain things simply, you care about their outcome, and they know you are on their side.

You're organised and diligent, with the ability to juggle leads, follow ups, and multiple deals without dropping the ball. You love the buzz of being busy, staying on top of everything, and keeping the process smooth.

This is a Mortgage Broker position at Artemis Finance. They are a boutique brokerage who pride themselves on integrity, client-first service, and long-term relationships. They need someone who can bring energy, professionalism, and genuine care to their clients while helping the business grow.

What matters most is that you are proactive, creative in your thinking, and motivated to help clients achieve the right outcome. You will need a Cert IV in Mortgage Broking and at least two years' experience as a broker.

The team genuinely cares about each other, supports one another, and values collaboration over competition. It is an environment where you are trusted, respected, and given the chance to do your best work. There is also plenty of room to grow, with clear opportunities for progression as the business continues to expand.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, located in Bondi Junction. The package includes a strong base salary plus uncapped commissions (a chance to make serious money on top of your base).
