We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Tender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be:

• Crafting and serving a diverse range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Delivering friendly and attentive service to all our guests.
• Ensuring compliance with all liquor licensing laws and safety regulations.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification must be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Bar Tender or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry (prefered but not essential).
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.
