Roster: Full-Time Permanent Position | Monday to Friday with an attractive salary

Location: Gladstone, QLD

Skills & Experience

  • Current Driver's Licence (Essential)
  • Trade qualification (Engineering/Construction Management)
  • Minimum 2 years Managerial/Leadership experience
  • Sound Microsoft Office & Computing skills
  • Knowledge and experience of the construction and maintenance industry
  • Time management and attention to detail
  • High commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental practices
  • Willingness to undertake any job-related training

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive project planning and delivery with a proactive and confident approach.
  • Partner closely with Management to ensure clear alignment on objectives and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations in safety, quality, timelines, and cost performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable safety standards, legislation, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources — workforce, materials, subcontractors, and equipment — to achieve project and budgetary targets.
  • Lead and document incident investigations in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee quality control processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Protect organisational interests through sound contractual management and effective operational oversight.
