What You Can Expect:

• Permanent full-time position from day one
• Two six-month rotations across different practice groups, (with the option for a third rotation)
• Permanent placement in a practice group after your first year

As part of the GDP, you'll have the opportunity to nominate a preferred practice group. While placements are subject to business needs, we'll do our best to accommodate your interests. In Sydney, our practice areas include:

Who We're Looking For:

To be eligible, you must complete your law degree by the end of 2025 and successfully graduate. You will be available to commence full-time employment in early 2026.

We're looking for talented individuals who are:

• Ambitious, hardworking, and enthusiastic
• Excellent academic record
• Great communicators and team players
• Motivated to build a long-term legal career
• Previous experience in the legal industry (advantageous but not essential)

Key Dates – 2026 GDP Recruitment Timeline (Sydney)

• Networking and Information session - Wednesday 10th September
• Interviews commence - Monday 15th September
• Offers to be made from 09:00am Thursday 2nd October
• Offers to be accepted/declined by 1:00PM Friday 3rd October
