What We're Looking For:

• Solid understanding of crane types, capacities, and site requirements

• Ability to allocate cranes, operators, and riggers efficiently based on job needs and availability

• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Knowledge of rigging gear requirements and best practices

• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel or scheduling systems

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
