About the Role

As one of our talented Property Stylists, your day will begin at our warehouse in Smithfield, Sydney. You'll be responsible for selecting and packing furnishings, artwork, décor, and accessories for the day's styling jobs. Working closely with a dynamic team, you'll use your creativity and eye for design to curate styling packages that meet each brief and exceed client and agent expectations.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines physical work with artistic flair. If you love interior styling, thrive under pressure, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate cohesive selections of décor and accessories to bring each property to life
  • Collaborate with stylists and logistics teams to ensure selections suit the brief
  • Coordinate the delivery, installation, and removal of styling items
  • Execute styling to a high standard within tight timeframes
  • Apply a keen eye for detail to ensure all elements work seamlessly together
  • Safely load and unload work vehicles to prevent damage in transit

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of home staging principles, colour coordination, and design trends
  • High level of physical fitness—this is an active, physically demanding role
  • Exceptional eye for detail and a natural flair for aesthetics
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous styling or home staging experience (preferred)
