At Neuro Logic Physiotherapy, we are a boutique neuro-rehabilitation practice dedicated exclusively to neurological conditions. Our team works deliberately in this field, enabling focused expertise rather than a "jack of all trades" approach. We're proud to offer:

Our mission is to enable clients with neurological injury or illness to reclaim independence, challenge limits and optimise their quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Your role

As our next physiotherapist, you will:

• Assess, plan and deliver physiotherapy interventions for clients with neurological conditions (for example spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, other neuro-rehab cases).

• Utilise our in-house rehab gym to deliver hands-on interventions, functional task training, pilates based interventions, upper limb rehabilitation, and other neurological physiotherapy interventions.

• Collaborate with external multidisciplinary team (OTs, allied health, rehab assistants) to ensure integrated careParticipate actively in our fortnightly PD sessions and individual mentoring meetings.

• Contribute to monitoring and reporting of client outcomes, caseload management, and continuous improvement of our neuro-rehab programmes.

• Support a culture of learning, professionalism and client-centred care.

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• A minimum of 2 years experience in any sector

• A genuine interest in, and ideally some experience of, neurological physiotherapy

• Good communication skills, empathy and the ability to engage and motivate clients undergoing often lengthy rehabilitation

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a small team setting, learn from others and contribute to team culture

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and utilisation of evidence-based practice(Ideally) experience or interest in working with clients with significant injury, core stability, hand function and neurological rehab programmes
