The Role

As an Experienced Carpenter, you will play a key role in the construction and finishing of high-quality projects. You'll be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks and ensuring that each task meets our standards for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a diverse range of carpentry tasks
  • Read and interpret project plans accurately
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines are met
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure job site is clean and organised
  • Mentor apprentices and assist in their training

About You

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter in commercial and/or residential construction
  • Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
  • Ability to read drawings, and other technical documents
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting
  • Physically fit and able to handle the demands of carpentry work

Requirements

  • Relevant carpentry qualifications or trade certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • White card (construction safety certification)
  • Willingness to adhere to company safety and quality standards
