About the role

Join our established team of skilled plumbers at RAE.CO PLUMBING' as a Maintenance Plumber based in Newcastle, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services and maintenance support to our residential customers across the local area.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, including blocked drains, leaks, and damaged fixtures
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance and preventative work to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing systems
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide professional advice on plumbing solutions
  • Comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work completed
  • Support the wider team as needed to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  • Fully qualified plumber with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance or repair role
  • Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to provide clear, professional advice
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
