About Us: We're a local lawn mowing and garden care business dedicated to keeping homes looking neat, fresh, and inviting. With a growing client base, we're looking for motivated and outgoing people to join our team and help us connect with more homeowners in the community. Role Overview: As a Doorknocker, you'll be walking through local neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and speaking with residents to introduce our lawn mowing services. Your goal is to spark interest, collect lead information, and set up potential service opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Knock on doors within assigned neighborhoods and engage with residents in a friendly, professional manner. Introduce our lawn mowing and garden services clearly and positively. Collect basic lead details (name, phone number, address, interest level). Hand out flyers, brochures, or business cards. Report back daily/weekly with leads collected. What We're Looking For: Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to strangers. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Able to handle rejection politely and keep motivated. Physically fit (walking outdoors for extended periods). Experience in sales, customer service, or promotions is a plus, but not required.
