Job Description

We are now hiring crew members and cooks for GYG Bayswater North (VIC), a brand new restaurant in the GYG family due to open early 2026 So everything is ready to go for opening day, we're hiring candidates now who are ready to train in our existing restaurants.

Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, completing basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You'll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy fast-food business.

Experience is helpful, but it's not everything. What we mean is:

  • Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
  • You're open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
  • 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon to follow through

Please note: Successful candidates will start their training at one of our existing locations (GYG Box Hill, Croydon or Eastland) before GYG Bayswater North officially opens later in 2025.
