Refrigeration Technician/HVAC

Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.

We are seeking HVAC/Refrigerated technicians to join our WA DeltaFM team conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide.

These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport.

THE POSITION

  • Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
  • Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
  • Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
  • Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
  • Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
  • Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
  • Report to Delta FM Operational Support

THE PERSON

  • Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years-experience in a similar role
  • Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence
  • Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police Check
  • Current CPR + LVR, WAH, CS, HRWL – EWP highly desirable
  • Team player and able to work autonomously
