What's in it for you

As a specialist recruiter in the Environmental and Planning sector we are always working with a range of the best clients in the region to assist with growing their Planning and Approvals teams. We will provide you with objective, confidential advice and access to a range of exclusive career opportunities. We will work with you to ensure you find the role that offers the best mix of what's important to you.

Your new company

Current clients include a range of the most established and reputable consultancies which are known for delivering some of the largest and most challenging projects for their client base across the Hunter, nationally and internationally. Whether you are interested in smaller specialist Planning companies that are growing quickly, long established Hunter leaders in major scale planning / approvals, national companies that support fully remote work arrangements, or large national and global multidisciplinary companies, we have options for you.

The opportunities

Current opportunities include roles at Planner, Senior Planner, Associate / Principal Planner and Team Lead / Manager or Technical Director level depending on your experience, skills and interests. Projects include significant commercial and industrial developments, education and health, renewable energy and BESS, mining and quarrying, major scale mixed use developments, SSD's of all types, REF's, land development / rezoning and more. You will not be working on smaller or residential style development approvals as none of our clients are involved with those types of projects.

About you

To be considered you will need to have relevant Environmental or Town Planning qualifications and a minimum of several years of relevant experience gained from a consulting, client-side, government, or council planning role. Excellent communication skills and a desire to further develop your skills and career will be highly valued.
