OUT OF SCHOOL HOUR CARE DIRECTOR LEVEL 6.1 – 6.3

This casual position commences on Monday 14 October, 2025 for up to 35.00 hours per week during school term and up to 37.5 hours per week during Vacation Care.

The position will require the Director to work selected negotiated hours: before school care 6.45am - 8:45am and after school care 3:00pm-6:00pm during school terms and between 6.45am – 6.00pm during Vacation Care. The position includes allocation of hours for administrative duties.

Desirable knowledge and experience:

Sound leadership, operational and financial management skills

Ability to relate well with children, families and staff

Knowledge of the NQF and MTOP

Knowledge of the CCMS and Children Services Award

Commitment to inclusivity and cultural awareness

Required Qualifications:Diploma or Degree level qualification as approved by ACECQA

First Aid qualifications as approved by ACECQA

Responding to Abuse and Neglect training

Criminal History Screening
