What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Flour Miller
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrially-focused environment
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in flour milling
