Tim Davies Landscaping (TDL)is a leading commercial and residential landscaping company in Western Australia that has been in the business for over 40 years. We have designed, constructed and maintained many of Western Australia's most iconic gardens. TDL now employs over 130 people on projects in Perth and the South West.

THE ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Commercial Construction team. This is a key role within the department and is responsible for managing and successfully delivering multiple complex and concurrent commercial landscape projects, ensuring they are completed on time, safely, within budget, and to the high quality standards that TDL is known for.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant Landscape (hardscapes and softscapes) and/or Civil Construction knowledge and practical working experience.
  • Experience across all areas of Project Management – WHS, budgeting, programming, client relations, procurement etc.
  • Strong leadership skills to be able to lead and mentor your teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with your team as well as our sub-contractors.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to ensure quality is maintained on-site.
  • Working knowledge of WHS and ability to follow (and effectively communicate to site teams) TDL policies, plans, and procedures.
