Your new role

We are looking for a driven individual with strong time management skills to join our Kwinana team. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join an experienced and professional team.

This is a unique, ever-changing role that requires attention to detail, working for a global market leader within an established team, with opportunities to develop and grow both within the role and the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Processing and upgrading material

· Monitor conveyor belt and equipment to ensure smooth flow and efficient processing

· Ensuring materials are properly separated and categorized for further processing.

· Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

· Assisting in general yard duties as needed.

· Following OH&S policies and procedures to ensure workplace safety.

· Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and meet quality standards

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Enthusiasm and excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours
  • An honest and reliable character, with a strong customer focus
  • Safety focus in your work
  • A positive attitude and team player approach
  • Knowledge of scrap metal would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
