THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for supporting purchasing, dispatch and general warehouse activities.

The role is hands-on, fast-paced and requires a reliable all-rounder who can balance both admin and operational tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating purchasing and dispatch activities
  • Booking in jobs and preparing paperwork
  • Wrapping and preparing outgoing freight
  • Loading and unloading deliveries (forklift operation)
  • Arranging transport and liaising with freight companies
  • Receiving goods and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with stock-takes and general warehouse duties

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Forklift licence is essential
