The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Half, you will be the bridge between top-tier candidates and leading businesses in Melbourne's Southeast region.
Your day will involve:
- Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the Melbourne market.
- Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients and candidates in your area of specialisation.
- Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
- Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.
- Participate in company events, networking activities, CSR initiatives, and community engagement opportunities.
Your Skills & Experience
- Experienced in 360-degree recruitment or solution based B2B sales/service.
- A team player who brings energy and integrity into everything you do.
- Employs a consultative and strategic approach to sales, focusing on tailored solutions that meet client needs.
