PM Operations Supervisor - (MAN Description

Join the growing Followmont Team as a PM Operations Supervisor in a key role that impacts the day-to-day operations at our Eagle Farm Depot. Having a significant influence over our network and our people, this Full-Time position would suit a dedicated, motivated, and driven professional that demonstrates great leadership qualities. A genuine care for team members with a willingness to facilitate their success is critical.

The Opportunity:

  • Full Time, Permanent position

  • Monday to Friday | 4pm Start with rotational Saturday Shifts.

  • Lead a team of forklift operators and support team, driving day-to-day operations for the PM shift.

  • Hands on position assisting with loading/unloading trucks as required.

  • Invest time into staff to shape personal and operational performance in-line with our People Strategy

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a transport and logistics company in an operational role

  • At least 12 months experience in a leadership role with 10+ team members

  • Must have a Forklift License (LF)

  • Heavy Vehicle license is not essential, however highly regarded

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate whilst building a high performing and supportive team culture

  • Experience with general freight is highly regarded.

  • Ability to meet departure times and daily deadlines
