About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Patterson Lakes Barbershop as a Barber. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our valued customers in a friendly and professional manner. This is a full-time position based in our shop located in Patterson Lakes, VIC 3197.

What you'll be doing

• Provide expert haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to clients
• Maintain a clean and well-organised workspace
• Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the barbershop

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in barbering or hairdressing
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of grooming
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
