The role

  • Full-time barista on a busy bar
  • Dial in, keep espresso consistent across service
  • Milk to spec (latte art a bonus, consistency is king)
  • Jump on till/runners when needed — we're a team
  • Help with opening/closing, cleaning, stock on coffee bar

You

  • 1–2+ yrs on machine in a busy cafe
  • Confident running shots and steaming milk during a rush
  • Understands basic espresso recipes + extraction
  • Friendly, switched on, good with regulars
  • Reliable — if you don't show up, we can't serve

About us
