About the Role
The successful candidate will be joining our rehabilitation ward. This is a 27-bed ward that specialises in Rehabilitation, offering you a diverse and interesting caseload.
As a member of our clinical leadership team, you will review, plan, oversee and deliver patient care within the unit under the guidance and support of the Nurse Unit Manager. As an Assistant Nurse Unit Manager, your role consists of clinical aptitude, dynamic planning and supportive leadership to enable the nursing team to provide a high level of quality service and care to our patient population.
You will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to provide safe, holistic nursing care to each individual patient to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must display strong clinical knowledge and competence. You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will demonstrate the following;
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Recent experience in rehabilitation nursing desired
- Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Clinical working or previous ANUM experience
- Favourable to have desirable post grad qualifications (rehabilitation, orthopaedics, etc) Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Remuneration:
On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $55.92- $ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
