Join a fast-moving equipment hire business where customer service and coordination excellence make the difference. We're looking for an energetic and organised person to manage day-to-day short-term hire bookings and assist our service team with scheduling and invoicing.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle incoming hire enquiries, quotes, and bookings.
  • Schedule deliveries, collections, and service jobs.
  • Liaise with customers and drivers to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Raise invoices, process paperwork, and update hire/service systems.
  • Support the operations team with reporting and customer follow-up.

About you

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in hire, logistics, or service coordination preferred.
  • Confident using computer systems (Xero, Upvise, or similar).
  • A proactive "solutions-based" mindset and strong attention to detail.
