Industrial/Commercial Door Technician

Established in 1994, we have successfully completed numerous projects across the Perth metropolitan area and regional Western Australia. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Door Technician to join our team.

Role Requirements:

As a Door Technician at DRWA, your responsibilities will include the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of various types of roller doors, shutters, auto doors, and gates. Serving as the face of our company, you will engage proactively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest quality of service.

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance for roller doors, shutters, auto doors, and gates.
• Engage with clients professionally, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Work includes some paid overtime and participation in an after-hours roster shared with other technicians.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a technical, hands-on role
• Mature, self-managed attitude with excellent time management skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to excel in your trade
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work some extended hours and respond to after-hours call-outs as required
• Strong commitment to safety, ensuring your actions do not present a risk to yourself or others
• Current manual driver's license
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Qualifications:

• EWP (Elevating Work Platform) Licence
• Forklift Licence
• Welding Licence
• Electrical Licence
