We are now seeking a
PM Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
to join our Brisbane team. This senior-level role is critical in shaping the success of our Australian solar and BESS pipeline by leading the Front-End Engineering Design phase — ensuring projects are strategically, technically, and logistically prepared for seamless execution. As the PM FEED, you will define project scope, technical requirements, and cost estimates, guiding projects from concept through to construction readiness. By driving this crucial planning phase, you will provide stakeholders with the insight needed to make informed decisions on feasibility, budget, and risk, ultimately setting the foundation for successful delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all front-end engineering design and early works activities, ensuring project feasibility and readiness for execution.
• Manage multi-stakeholder engagement with clients, utilities, councils, regulators, landowners, and suppliers.
• Drive planning approvals, permitting, and regulatory compliance (environmental, grid, and land use).
• Oversee feasibility studies, surveys, geotechnical investigations, and temporary works.
• Support early procurement strategies, subcontractor engagement, and risk identification.
• Provide technical leadership across site readiness, grid connection, and WHS standards.
• Act as the key interface between development, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure full alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years' experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or industrial project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of utility-scale solar and/or BESS design, development, and grid connection in Australia.
• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in delivering FEED or pre-construction phases of complex projects.
• Advanced commercial, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AEMO and NSP grid connection processes highly regarded.
