We're looking for a friendly, fast, and reliable team member to join our POS and Salad Bar team at Schnitz Martin Place. If you enjoy working with fresh food, providing excellent service, and being part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you

Role: POS / Salad Bar Team Member

What you'll be doing:

  • Operating the POS (cash register) and taking customer orders with a smile
  • Preparing fresh salads and maintaining the salad bar to Schnitz standards
  • Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times
  • Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team
  • Restocking ingredients and maintaining presentation throughout service

What we're looking for:

  • Australian residents only (permanent residents or citizens)
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Friendly attitude and great communication skills
  • Availability for morning and/or afternoon shifts, including weekends
