About the role:

This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services within the Adult Community Mental Health program and the broader GV Health Mental Health services.

The focus is on optimising pharmacotherapy to ensure the safe, effective, and cost-efficient use of medicines for both in-patients and community clients. The pharmacist will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
