Position Summary
In this role, you'll be the connector between Microsoft's powerful cloud solutions and the partners who serve small and medium-sized nonprofits. You'll recruit, skill, and accelerate reseller partners, helping them unlock the full potential of Azure and Charity CSP SKUs. You'll drive outreach, spark excitement, and enable partners to grow their nonprofit customer base with confidence.If you're an eager sales professional early in your career, this role offers the ideal launchpad to gain exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll grow your career by building strategic relationships with partners, learn more about cloud solutions, and nonprofit impact—all while working alongside industry leaders.
What You'll Do:
- Build and activate indirect partner ecosystems for nonprofit cloud solutions.
- Drive partner engagement through email, phone, webinars, and events.
- Support marketing and sales enablement with Microsoft tools and incentives.
- Use data to identify opportunities and guide go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate with Pax8 teams and Microsoft stakeholders to track performance and impact.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- 3+ years in IT sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and partner ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills with ability to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- A passion for helping others and making a difference.
- Ability to adapt approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
- Effective use of feedback and reflections to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
