About the Opportunity

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager and Health Liaison Nurse, you'll deliver specialised nursing services while supporting the Nurse Unit Manager in leading our Community Nursing and Palliative Care Team. This predominantly clinical role includes management responsibilities that will enhance your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote continuity and consistency of care across the community nursing team
• Assist with practice changes and quality improvement initiatives
• Support unit management including performance management, recruitment, and rostering
• Provide Hospital in the Home services and specialised nursing care

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse with minimum 3 years post-registration experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
• Experience with clinical software including Sunrise EMR and Microsoft Office
• Competence in CVAD management, NPWT, stomal therapy, and catheterisation
• Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
