Due to continued growth, EMS is seeking experienced dedicated Tradespersons in Carpentry and Concreters, to join our expanding team. Based in the Bowen Basin, you will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations being performed on site are done so in a safe manner.

The Opportunity:

As a qualified and experienced Tradesperson, you will play a key role in supporting our civil and mining construction projects. You'll bring your trade skills to a variety of site works, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidates will be trade-certified, safety-focused, and strong team players with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current Coal Board Medical or Health Assessment
  • Current Standard 11
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Trade Certs for relevant position (proven experience for concreter)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction industry
  • Current drivers licence

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working on a mine site but open to discussion
  • Current and valid RII machinery tickets (Excavator, Skid Steer, Telehandler, High Risk EWP)
