The Position:

Our company requires a permanent full time Maintenance Tradesman who will be based in Shepparton and will service the Cavalier Homes Building zone which covers a broad area. Our Company has offices in both Shepparton and Echuca.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include:

Providing warranty and service in all areas of maintenance required to new homes built.

Good forward planning/coordinating of multiple maintenance jobs.

Close liaison with clients after handover of their new home.

Close liaison with internal and external staff members.

Maintain and ensure data is recorded in the Company's tracking system.

Skills and experience:

• Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction.
• Extensive experience as a carpenter.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Current white card and drivers licence.
• Ability to be a genuine team player and able to work unsupervised.
• Excellent professional and personal presentation.
