Universal Fitness is expanding with the launch of our brand-new Swim School at Universal Fitness Pemulwuy, featuring a premium magnesium mineral pool and a strong focus on community health, fitness, and wellness.

We're looking for passionate and motivated Swim School & Aquatic Instructors who love inspiring confidence in the water from children learning to swim for the first time to adults participating in aquatic fitness programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct swimming lessons for all ages and abilities (babies to adults)
  • Deliver aquatic fitness and wellness programs, including aqua aerobics and rehabilitation sessions
  • Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
  • Follow AUSTSWIM / Swim Australia teaching frameworks and safety standards
  • Monitor and record participant progress, providing feedback and support
  • Maintain pool safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia, or ASCTA accredited swim teacher certification
  • Aqua Fitness Instructor qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Current CPR and Working With Children Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
  • Passion for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals through water-based programs
