We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our partners - *TCC Distributors (TCCD)*. *TCCD *is a growing Australian sales and distributor partner for consumer goods, including internationally recognised brands such as Procter & Gamble. As an industry award winning business, TCCD's excellence has been recognised by its retailers.

As a *Graduate Sales and Operations Executive,* you will manage all aspects of service levels (IBSL & OBSL) and inventory in the Independent Grocery sector building relationships, account management, planning, Trading Terms negotiations, monitoring compliance, creating promotional programs, and communicating activities to relevant internal stakeholders ensuring activity is supported at store level.

*Tasks and responsibilities:*

* Accurate insights and reporting to drive business performance
* Proactively work with Account Team to minimise exposure on age & date code
* Own & communicate to ensure maximum OBSL for any known supply disruptions both short & long term
* Ad hoc support requests

* Excellent time management and organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
* The ability to influence and negotiate
* The ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups
* Attention to detail with supporting analytical ability
* Strong Excel skills
