About the role

We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to provide person centered support for our clients in Northern Suburbs of Brisbane.

We are looking for staff who are available for a range of shifts, flexible and looking for last minute shifts both during the week, weekends and night shifts, in both facilities and home to home care.

Your key responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Aged Care Support Workers who can undertake the following key responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement and Social Support
  • Domestic Assistance
  • Positive Behaviour Support
  • Personal Care

About you

To join our team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Full QLD Driver's Licence and reliable car
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • Manual Handling certification
  • Assist with Medication Certification
  • English fluency - verbal and written
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required

We are also looking for someone with great communication skills, who works well in a team, has a caring and supportive nature, and is client-focused.
