About the role

Become part of the talented team at Style Sensation as a Senior Hair Stylist. In this full-time or Permanent Part Time role based in Kirwan, QLD, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hairstyling services to our valued clients. With your extensive experience and creative flair, you will play a key role in upholding the company's reputation for delivering high-quality, on-trend styles.

What you'll be doing

• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend personalised hairstyles
• Expertly cut, colour, and style hair using the latest techniques and trends
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an enjoyable salon experience
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing success of the salon

What we're looking for:

A qualified hair stylist, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results

• Strong knowledge of the latest hairstyling techniques, trends, and products
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Creativity and artistic flair to create unique, personalised hairstyles
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the wider salon team
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development- (All industry training completed in work time).
