NBN Supervisor – Concrete Restoration

Rate: $65-$70 per hour

Location: Sydney and Rural Suburbs

AAV CONSTRUCTION is looking for an experienced NBN Supervisor with strong concrete restoration skills to support ongoing civil works across Sydney and surrounding rural areas. This role suits someone reliable, organised, and confident managing small teams on active NBN sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day civil works on NBN projects

• Manage concrete restoration, including reinstatement and quality checks

• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and NBN specifications

• Coordinate field crews and subcontractors

• Ensure all work meets NBN standards and safety requirements

• Complete site reports and update project managers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in NBN or civil telecom supervision

• Strong knowledge of concrete restoration methods

• Confident reading and interpreting plans

• Full driver's licence

• White Card

• First Aid certification

• ABN

• Understanding of NBN compliance and safety procedures

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and keep jobs moving
