This Brisbane based opportunity will suit a seasoned and trusted agribusiness advisor who is looking to leverage extensive and favourable relationships in regional Queensland with our customers who have headquarters in Brisbane .
Your experience and our comprehensive range of products and solutions will help you provide meaningful support to meet clients' needs today and in the future. In addition, you will benefit from one-on-one support from our skilled Agribusiness analyst team and fully integrated market-leading systems, giving you more time with your customers.

Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are committed to supporting the financial well-being of businesses and communities across Australia. We pride ourselves on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and supporting the success of regional communities.
This opportunity will see you managing a significant and richly diverse portfolio consisting of; grain, cattle, dairy and cotton producers, to name a few. The customers, who will typically have credit facilities from $10M-$50M, are generally large multi-generational family-owned businesses that may have operations anywhere in Queensland for which you will be responsible.
While this role is based in our Brisbane HQ , some days you may be working from the office, a client site or remotely. We encourage flexibility for you to meet client needs and your goals inside and outside of work.
Specifically, You Will
Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities
Collaborate with CommBank product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions while owning proactive risk management responsibilities

Are deeply passionate about building customer-centric solid relationships.
Hold a strong commercial acumen with experience in managing and growing significant complex portfolios
Are comfortable with driving business origination across diverse customer sectors
Have extensive Agribusiness experience in a range of sectors with sound regional professional networks
Are tenacious, resilient, confident and self-starters with qualifications in commerce, finance or a related field advantageous
