About the role

We are seeking a Window Furnishing Installer/Fitter to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves the installation and fitting of a variety of window furnishings to residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

* Quality installation of our products, servicing both Residential and Commercial

* Working closely with an experienced and supportive team

* Providing superior customer service on site to our clients, while ensuring that all safety protocols are followed

* Communicate with clients and sales team regarding installation timelines and any potential issues in a professional and courteous manner.

* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and make necessary adjustments.

What we're looking for

* Demonstrated experience and confidence in using tools of the trade.

* Working alongside experienced employees to create a fitting crew.

* Experience in installing both indoor and outdoor Window Covering products desirable but not essential.

* The ability to problem solve on the go with a positive "can do" attitude.

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Self-motivation and professionalism, our team members are passionate about our business and strive to succeed.

* Valid NSW drivers' license

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
