At Neurodiverse Playhouse, we're redefining what therapy looks and feels like for neurodivergent children. We provide creative, neuroaffirming, and relationship-first therapy that supports Autistic and ADHD children in building communication, confidence, and connection—without compromising who they are.

We specialise in play-based therapy, AAC, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), primitive reflex integration, and sensory-regulation support. Our clinics are welcoming, purpose-built spaces designed to help kids feel calm, capable, and in control.

We're currently expanding and are looking for a kind and enthusiastic Speech Therapist to join our growing Spring Hill team.

*Implementing AAC, GLP, and speech sound therapy (no pressure to be an expert—training is provided)

*Coaching families and helping them build communication-rich environments

*Running creative, interest-based sessions that honour autonomy and play

*Collaborating with OTs and Exercise Physiologists in a multidisciplinary team

*Providing both in-clinic and optional mobile services (if desired)

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

Love working with neurodivergent kids and believe in respectful, empowering therapy

Are open to (or experienced in) AAC, Gestalt Language Processing, and play-based therapy

Value flexibility, teamwork, and creative freedom

Are confident working independently and collaboratively within a supportive team

Want to grow your skills in primitive reflex integration (training provided)

Why Join Us?

*Neurodiversity-affirming culture that celebrates individuality

*Work in beautiful, sensory-friendly environments—indoors and out

*Ongoing training and mentoring in AAC, GLP & body-brain integration

*Flexible hours that fit your lifestyle

*Make a real difference in a clinic that leads with kindness, curiosity, and innovation
