What does an Graduate Electrical Engineer in our Water team do?
On a day to day, you might be involved in and learn:
- Electrical designs for the Water industry including the following:
- Interfacing with customers for projects including scoping, comprehension and implementation.
- Electrical power single line, control system schematics, and installation drawing development
- Power system modelling and maximum demand calculation
- Lighting design
- Lightning protection and earthing design
- Cable sizing, routing and schedules
- Programable Logic Controller (PLC) hardware selection and signal schedules.
