Ryan Catholic College, Kirwan is seeking a professional, organised, and friendly School Officer – Administration (Switchboard) to join our front-line team. This postition is Term-Time, Permanent. Working closely with the Business Manager, you'll manage phone and visitor enquiries, support student reception, assist with records, document production, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is confident, solution-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional service to students, staff, and families.
