As a Trainer/Assessor, you'll inspire and educate learners across the following nationally recognised units:

• RIIWHS302E – Implement Traffic Management Plans

• RIIWHS205E – Control Traffic with Stop-Slow Bat

• RIIWHS201E – Work Safely and Follow WHS Policies and Procedures

• RIICOM201E – Communicate in the Workplace

• Hold a valid Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)

• Are currently qualified in the units listed above

• Bring at least 2–3 years of real-world industry experience

• Have a natural gift for communicating, motivating, and mentoring

• Are genuinely passionate about training and safety
