Project Controls Administrator

Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Project Controls Administrator, to join our team in our Brisbane office, for an immediate start
About the role
- Maintain and update cost trackers for small studies in Excel.
- Refresh weekly resource allocation spreadsheets for both secured and unsecured work.
- Upload initial budgets and estimates at completion into Oracle.
- Code and process sub-consultant invoices accurately.
- Reconcile project invoicing against actuals in preparation for managerial approval.
- Liaise with Accounts to coordinate time transfers and bill rate overrides.
- Manage administrative processes including Job Registration, Vendor Registration, and Transaction Approval Forms.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in a high-level administration role in an engineering/project environment required
- Advanced computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and desktop publishing
- Strong organisational and time management skills required
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work within a confidential manner
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint required
- Prior use of document management systems including Aconex and SDx would be highly regarded
