Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a food processing workplace.
• Ensure proper cutting lines of beef primal to maximise quality and yield.
• Work collaboratively with the other members of boning room team to meet daily goals and yields.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a similar beef boning / meat work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle meat products safely and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.
• Physical fit to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
