Key responsibilities

  • A mixture of Landscape Construction work and Landscape Horticulture works
  • Completing all variations tasks across commercial sites
  • Carry out construction tasks like cementing, paving, and building retaining walls
  • Maintaining high-profile, award-winning sites to top standards
  • Operating a wide array of tools and machinery
  • Complete site paperwork: pre-starts, Take 5s, daily reports, and SWMS
  • Communicate with clients and uphold a professional site presence
  • Maintain, program, and repair irrigation systems
  • Support seasonal planting and small design enhancements
  • Identify and report site issues or improvement opportunities
  • Enforce WHS practices across the team
  • Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety
  • Mentor and support junior staff
  • Assist with basic pricing and estimating tasks

What will you need

  • Relevant Trade Qualifications (preferred)
  • Driver's licence
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
