About the role

The role will cover a few areas in our warehouse/factory:

  • Process work- weighing, hand packing, assembling, etc
  • Basic machine operation (no specific experience required)
  • Picking and packing from a pick slip
  • General factory/warehouse duties

The role will be approximately 38 hours per week on a casual rate and will quickly lead to permanent employment for the right applicant.

Casual rate $31.19 per hour (plus super)

Skills and experience

Experience in similar roles involving process work, machine operation, picking and packing or other factory/warehouse skills are all advantageous but not essential.

Essential qualities/skills are:

  • Strong work ethic- enthusiasm and effort are qualities you will need to bring to all tasks
  • Ability and desire to work efficiently in all tasks
  • Accuracy
  • Willingness to apply your skills in all areas of the business when required
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Availability- You must be available to work 38 hours per week ongoing.
  • Ability to occasionally help with admin/customer service duties would be very advantageous.
