Designtec Commercial Furniture – Wangara, WA

Are you a skilled Wood Machinist, Cabinet Maker or CNC Operator looking for a stable, long-term role with a well-established company? Join our team at Designtec Commercial Furniture, where we manufacture high-quality commercial furniture and joinery for fit-outs across WA.

We operate from a modern 6,500m² facility in Wangara, fitted out with world-class HOMAG machinery, and we're growing. If you want to work with a supportive team, this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Operating and maintaining Beam Saws, CNC Routers, Edge Banders and drilling lines
  • Setting up, troubleshooting and optimising production runs
  • Reading and working from job paperwork and schedules
  • Collaborating with leading hands, production and management to get jobs delivered on time

What we're looking for

  • Experience with woodworking machinery (CNC, saws, edgers or similar)
  • Trade qualification in Wood Machining or Cabinet Making (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Reliability, attention to detail and a positive team attitude
  • Forklift licence (bonus)

  • Full-time, permanent role – Monday to Thursday 6:00am–2:30pm, Friday 6:00am–12:00pm (long weekends every week)
