About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant & Customer Service Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with after-sales service inquiries, managing warranty claims, and supporting the sales team in various tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
This is an office-based role with hours from Monday to Friday and might work on weekend if needed
Key Responsibilities:

Open and maintain customer accounts by recording accurate information.

Handle incoming calls and emails, assisting customers with sales inquiries and after-sales service.

Build strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.

Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist in preparing sales documents, reports, and resolving warranty claims.

Contribute to the team's success by achieving targets and providing excellent service.

Follow up on warranty and service cases to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
Skills and Experience:

Proven customer support or sales assistance experience.

Strong phone handling skills, active listening, and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in the RV/Caravan industry will be highly regarded.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry skills.
